1. Any item may be returned within 7 days of purchase (The Store will charge a 25% cancellation fee), provided that the following conditions are met;
a. The item is in the same condition as from date of delivery
b. All goods must be accompanied by original packaging.
c. The original invoice for the purchase must be produced.
d. The Store will not accept returns of beds or pillows for health reasons. The Store will not accept returns of clearance sale items.  All Clearance Sale items are sold as it is, without any guarantee or warranty, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted.
2. Should the condition of the goods be different from the original, The Store will obtain a quote from the supplier to attend to the repair of the item(s). The cost of such repair shall be for the customers account. Only a Furniture 101 supplier may attend to the repair
3. The Store will not be liable for delivery costs incurred in the case of cancellation, exchanges, repairs or refunds
4. Should you wish to cancel a layby prior to the expiry period, the store will charge an administrative fee which is equal to 10% of the amount paid. This is provided that the item has not been manufactured for you.  Refer to point 5 below
5. Should you cancel a special order or a lay by for which a special order was given, The Store will charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the purchase price to defray costs incurred. A special order is an order placed where the customer specifies the colour, design and or size of an item, irrespective of whether or not it is a the same as a display item.
6. Should you fail to complete the layby, all amounts paid will be forfeited at the end of the layby term, subject to prevailing laws in the Republic of South Africa
7. The Store will effect any refund into a valid South African bank account within 5 business days from date of request.
8. Valid identification may be required for refunds to be effected
9. Furniture 101 reserves the right to cancel your order if conditions prohibit us from obtaining/manufacturing your goods, the customer will have no claim for any direct or indirect damage(s) which you may have incurred as a result thereof. Your only recourse will be a claim for a refund of the deposit paid
